Membership is offered on a selective and application-only basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline applications, revoke membership access, refuse service requests, suspend accounts, and modify membership criteria at any time.
Memberships are intended for personal or approved business use only and may not be transferred without written consent.
Membership fees are billed annually unless otherwise agreed in writing. All membership payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
No refunds will be provided for unused services, change of circumstances, travel disruptions, dissatisfaction with third-party providers, or voluntary cancellation.
The Company reserves the right to change pricing, membership structures, or billing methods at any time.
The Company provides lifestyle management, concierge support, travel coordination, sourcing assistance, and access facilitation, including private aviation, villa and hotel sourcing, restaurant reservations, event access, transportation, and bespoke travel planning.
We act primarily as an intermediary between members and third-party suppliers. We do not own or directly operate airlines, hotels, villas, restaurants, or transport providers, and are not responsible for supplier cancellations, delays, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
The Company may apply service fees, commissions, sourcing fees, or markups to bookings and arrangements made on behalf of members. These amounts may vary depending on availability, urgency, complexity, and exclusivity.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that pricing presented may include such markups or service margins.
For security, booking, travel, compliance, or supplier verification purposes, we may request identification documents or personal information including passports, travel information, payment details, and contact information.
Such information will only be shared where reasonably necessary with airlines, hotels, transport companies, and relevant service providers. We aim to handle all personal information discreetly and securely.
The Company values discretion and privacy. We will not intentionally disclose client information publicly except where required by law, necessary to fulfil services, or authorised by the client.
Members agree not to misuse confidential information, supplier relationships, or private arrangements obtained through the Company.
We do not guarantee the availability of reservations, event access, private aviation, villas, luxury goods, or experiences. Certain services are subject to market availability, third-party approval, timing, and geographic limitations.
Urgent or last-minute requests may incur additional charges.
Certain services may require deposits, advance payments, or supplier prepayment, subject to separate cancellation terms imposed by third-party providers.
Members remain responsible for all costs incurred on their behalf.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed flights or connections, travel disruptions, supplier negligence, lost profits, personal injury, theft, delays, force majeure events, or third-party acts or omissions.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to the Company for the relevant service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual engaging in abusive behaviour, unlawful conduct, harassment, fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or conduct that may damage the reputation of the Company or its partners.
All website content, branding, text, graphics, designs, and materials remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated. No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
